Using this website
This website helps you explore destinations and experiences. Tour descriptions, routes, durations, prices and inclusions may vary by date and selected option. Check the current product details at checkout or in a written quotation before paying.
Bookings and payment
Some experiences link to a separate booking service. Your booking is subject to the product, price, availability, payment and cancellation terms shown there when you confirm it. An enquiry or itinerary draft is not a confirmed reservation. For an experience arranged directly with our team, we will tell you the agreed details and payment instructions before confirmation.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancellation deadlines and charges depend on the experience and option you purchase. The terms shown during checkout and in your booking confirmation apply to that booking. Contact us promptly with your reference if you need to change or cancel. If you booked through an external travel platform, its booking and refund process may also apply. Experience details
Meeting points, pickup eligibility, start times, attraction entry and other inclusions depend on the selected option. Please review your confirmation and any instructions sent before the experience. Weather, attraction operations, traffic and other circumstances can affect the route or timing; we will communicate material changes through the contact details supplied for the booking.
Trip planning and future services
Suggested itineraries are planning guidance. They do not reserve experiences or promise that several components are available together. Hotel search and standalone attraction ticket services marked “coming soon” cannot currently be booked through those pages.
Third-party services
Our site links to booking providers, the Wandoras trip planner, messaging services and travel platforms. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you use them. Read the terms displayed by the service handling your transaction.
