When you contact us or make a booking, we may receive your name, contact details, travel dates, group details, pickup information, booking reference and messages. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry or experience. Payment details entered in a separate checkout are handled by that payment or booking provider under its own notice.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, arrange and support bookings, communicate meeting or pickup details, provide the experience, manage changes and refunds, keep business records and respond to requests. We may send marketing messages where permitted and you can ask us to stop by contacting us.
Who may receive it
Relevant booking details may be shared with guides, transport providers, attractions and service providers involved in fulfilling your experience. When you follow a link to Bókun, the Wandoras trip planner, WhatsApp or an external travel platform, that service may collect information directly under its own privacy policy.
Website technology
Our hosting and linked services may process technical information needed to deliver the site, such as device, browser and request data. Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technology. Check their notices and your browser controls for more information.
Protection and retention
